Preschool & Afterschool Program

1. Schedule a Visit

   Give us a call or contact us online to book your registration appointment and child interview.

2. Complete the Application Form

   Our application process is completed online and must be submitted before your child(ren) can be considered for enrollment. If you have any questions or need help with the form, please call us at (317) 979-8406.

3. Family Meeting & Child Interaction

   During your visit, we’ll go over the program details, answer your questions, and get to know your child through simple, age-appropriate activities.

4. Submit Registration Fee

   When you’re ready to enroll, we’ll collect your registration fee to hold your child’s spot.

   Our registration fee is $100 per child.

5. Application Review

   We’ll review everything and follow up with a decision within 3–5 business days.

6. Welcome Message

   Once accepted, you’ll receive a welcome email or text message with your child’s start date and next steps.

   *Tuition and payment plan options can be discussed during your visit.

Schedule & Tuition Information

Full-Time:
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Half-Day:
Option 1: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Option 2: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
(3 Days/Week)

Tuition (Weekly)
- Full-Time: $180/week
- Part-Time: $150/week

Summer Program Enrollment:

If your child is continuing from the school year into the summer or the next academic year, there is no need to reapply.

Simply submit the registration fee to reserve your spot.

Drop-In Care Process:

1. Pre-Register Your Family (one-time):
   

   Submit basic information ahead of time, even if you plan to use care occasionally.

2. Book a Spot Online or by Text:

   Let us know if your child needs care with a simple form or quick text. Even same-day requests are welcome!

3. Availability Confirmation:
   

   We'll respond promptly to confirm whether space is available.

4. Easy Payment:

   Pay upon arrival or in advance for convenience.
